This is a heavy-duty 2" x 4" and 2" x 6" framed coop with a durable corrugated steel roof and easy access nesting boxes. This coop will last years longer than any of the flimsy 1" x 2" framed coops sold in local stores. It is equipped with 10" wheels on the heavier end of the coop for easier positioning, pivoting, or occasional relocating within the yard or field.

The coop measures 4' wide X 8' long X 6' high at the peak. The floor is constructed of heavy-duty 1/2" hardware cloth to protect from predators. This coop has easy open hinged side entrance and nesting box doors, the latter of which folds down into a convenient shelf to assist with ​egg ​removal and ​cleaning the nesting boxes.

The attached photo shows the winter panels installed for added protection from the winter wind and elements. Panels are easily removable for maximum ventilation and unrestricted airflow during the summer months.
